In the airline travel chaos post-covid my guitar failed to arrive along with the baggage of about 100 other people on the same plane. A harrowing experience, but the airline compensated me fairly AND returned the guitar. Watching videos of luggage stranded all over the world in December 2022, I thought, "this story has to be told!" - Carol
